SQZK series paper cutting machine is state-of-the-art cutting equipment. This series integrates the technology of computerization, mechanisation. electrification, hydraulic and air, as well as appearance. It is of complete features, easy operation, high reliability and precise cutting, which are able to meet users' various requirement. The available sizes are 780mm, 920mm, 1150mm, 1370mm, 1550mm, 1660mm, 1860mm and 2200mm.

SWD also supply European customers with CE labeled paper cutting machine, which is developed on the basis of SQZK series.

Suba has tied-up with Qingdao Meiguang Machinery Co.Ltd. in supplying cost-effective yet productive corrugation machinery to the Indian packaging industry. Meiguang has 70% market share in China.

a) Semiautomatic Dual Purpose Laminator
The FM series F type laminators are used for precise lamination of the printed sheet and bottom sheet (paperboard, flute A,B,C,D,E corrugated paperboard or four layers corrugated paperboard).

A synchronized photoelectric control system is applied to detect the top and the bottom sheet to ensure the right lamination. The LED digital counter shall help check the single shift’s productivity automatically and precisely. Glue coating system adopts our company’s own know-how. Glue coating is evenly distributed and less consumption.

FM1300-F is a new type of the laminator improved on the bases of FM-C types. FM-F series laminator has the function of bottom sheet lagged the top sheet. The bottom sheet will never exceed the front edge of the top sheet. The application of the reciprocating scraper makes the machine more precise, faster and low noise, steady and reliable.

Electric control components are provided by the worldwide famous companies, such as Schneider, Omron, Turk and Siemens, and the press and conveyer belts are imported from Switzerland and Germany.

b) High Speed Automatic Laminator
APPLICATIONS:
FMZ-1260 FMZ-1450High Speed Automatic Laminator, automatic feeding of top sheets and bottom sheets, is suitable for the high speed and automatic lamination of color printed top sheet and corrugated paperboard.
